Put your primary hand (gauntleted) on the wolf's face, with your fingers on top of his snout and your thumb on the opening of his mouth. He should try to bite your thumb, but this is to be expected and it allows you to beat him. push up hard with your thumb and down with your finger tips, digging into the side of his snout. With your other hand, take two fingers and poke him in the eyes. He should let go. If he comes at you again, put your thumb back in his mouth at repeat the sequence until it calms down.

Yes, but not the kind of cheese you can just eat with a loaf of bread like British or french cheese.
