CX, I'm a math guy and hated english after grade 9 when all we did was write lol. To me all of that paragraph was one point, so I didn't separate. My writing skills are terrible when it comes to debate, my bad.

yeah, Our English is grammar, linguistics (or something), reading comprehension, writing, structure, spelling and such for like 12 years

I enjoyed the reading part, and some of the writing, when we were allowed to choose what we write about.

Do you know what you need to do Lunar? teach all the young dudes (Bowie reference) about Jazz music. There's too much anti jazz propaganda out there (The mighty boosh, a British comedy show, and the commitments, an Irish book about a soul music band, for examples) and you need to be the one who makes it cool again.

Do you want me to teach a Jazz masterclass here or something? I originally went into my music degree to bring jazz to small community schools. I love jazz, and think it's absolutely horrible when people call it dull, boring, and heartless. I don't feel like ranting about it now though...

It's not dull, it's just too different to what people have become used to for them to understand.

It's happened with me and Bowie, but to a much lesser extent.

I know... And many people don't understand the different parts of jazz. Blues, Swing, Latin, Funk, even Rock are all styles playable in jazz, while it still being jazz. Everyone says jazz like it's something you can just say is there like a box.

I mean as a singular object, containing nothing but that one thing, anti-complex.
But I don't think that's what you meant anyway, and find it hard to believe my self, but I hear horrible musical misunderstandings almost every day, and as a musician it really bothers me.
