Tornado Warning Ontario

Post by Nostalgic-Romance » Fri Aug 21, 2009 12:08 am

This may not be too important to many of you, but I know for sure there are a good number of us in Southern Ontario.

In Toronto, tthe GTA, the Kawartha's, Hamilton, Halton, ETC, there is a Tornado Warning, which mean a Tornado has been sighted. Just over a week ago, there was a tornado in the Kawartha's that took out one of the buildings on my grandparent's property. Nobody was inside at the time, but like I said, damage. A tree fell on the building. Crazy weather? Global warming? Bad luck? What do you guys think?

Guys here at home, get in your basement, turn on CBC, watch whatever's on, keep tabs on the weather and chill here with me!

I'm pretty sure most of the active users don't live here...but anyways...it seems the storm passed where I live...it wasn't as bad as the thunderstorm a few weeks ago...the sky is orange, but it stopped raining...

Yeah, the storm seems to have passed here in Thornhill. The sky is really pretty now :)
TV says storms are moving through Toronto.

Anyway, I know not a big percent are from the area, but most of the people I know are on asdf, and a good few people I know on asdf are in the area...

Edit: no longer a warning in Toronto area, but a watch. That mean the actual tornado is gone. Peterburough is still under warning, though.
Sky's gone from blue to red now... Could just be the sunset.

D:
Sounds epic.
It's dark out now, so if the storm comes back, it will be terrifying.

What area do you live, ThingerDudes?
