you could perform electrolysis then uses hydrogen as fuel...although it would cause loss of energy...

no you'd get it back when you burn hydrogen but in the form of vapour.

oh sunglassesman I'm sure you have the power turn steam back into liquid for...your coolness will cool down the steam and turn it back to water.
