when you compose/reply to a PM, it will be sent to all recipients shown in the upper textbox, and it seems you can have an usergroup as a recipient.
(though it can be disallowed for a usergroup)

Glitches are bad, unless they are exploitable... Then they can be fun... Or could ruin the game experience...
