Why does the drivers side door open into the middle of the road?

What's the point of saying final destination? That's the meaning of destination, destiny, finality. Think about it like this. If you haven't gotten to where you're going then you're probably not there yet.

110% means 10% more than before..

i don't get this.. of course the first person to wake up gets to explain it all his own way, he could say it's all the other guy's fault..

I still don't get half of these things... maybe it's just an American thing, as in, perhaps some of these phrases are more frequent in America and others have noticed the flaws in them... also.. Some people refer to plastic cups as a 'glass'. How can a plastic cup be a glass?

well that's a good point... but if i removing someone that wasn't a clone of me then I would have lost possible buisness. If someone was planning on having that person dead, they could have called me and paid me to do it instead of me doing it for free!
