I remember now. They were doing the magic bullet for the kenedy assasination i think. They tried an ice bullet and a frozen meat bullet but i dont think it was ice cream.

Would they actually suspend you for such an awesome thing? You could just shoot it at their eyes if they ever came after you. It's non lethal!
