It's a bit more complex than that. To have a lucid dream, first of all, you have to do a reality check. You can do that by making it a habit whenever you see your dream sign, something that appears (someone or an object, etc) in most or all of your dreams. To know what your dream sign is, ayou first have to train recalling your dreams, and so on... that website explains it better. I still haven't read much about shared dreams though.

Yeah, I read about that.
I think the most vivid dream I've had is when I climbed up these giant things, they kept getting bigger, there were also other people around, and then somewhere I got to a place, went out the door, closed it slightly, shot a gun, saw a kid... it might have been lucid...

Nah, it's only lucid when you're fully aware that you're dreaming and control your own actions...
