If he can affect the whole world then someone could take control of his mind and make a law that everyone in a specific side of the planet has to jump at the sime time in a way to make the earth go crashing towards the sun. (or not)

I'm saving up, but my measly pocket money, and not able to get a job yet, it's taking a while.

And I agree Arcanine is better, but I like Ninetales coz it looks cooler. It has nine tails and lives for thousands of years and curses people and stuff :D

Rapidash is faster than Arcanine, barely touching the ground when it runs. It also reaches top speed in just 10 steps.
