Incorrect.

Theodore Roosevelt died over a century ago. His consciousness no longer exists, and therefore cannot experience any desire to know location.

Please, get your facts straight and don't spread fake news.

Without observing the teddy, you cannot determine whether he is worm food or just quiet

this is called roosevelt's cat

duh, it's a teddy!

Also, due to us observing him; he seems to be a little quiet.

Maybe we should give him some space, in case he is camera shy...

wait! wouldn't that make him worm food??

QUICK-- NOBODY LOOK AWAY !! UNLESS YOU WANT THIS INNOCENT TEDDY TO DIE !

If no one is observing the observer, does that mean the results are still technically in superposition? We can't prove the observer isn't a philosophical zombie and can't observe things

I think in that case, from our perspective, the observer is a part of a larger subset of the wave function and thus is in a different kind of superposition (of simultaneously being a philosophical zombie and not).

It's superposition all the way down!

I wonder if all the superposition is really just turtles.

Today I attended a memorial service for one of my best friends dad, who died recently. It was sad obviously, but also... The english language doesn't have the word "koselig", which is the best way to describe it.

Koselig means "coziness, but with friends and nature?"

I guess that makes sense, but Google may also be giving me the wrong definition.

Sorry for your friend. Losing your parents is awful. My mum had a really hard time when she lost hers.

My condolences.
Sad, but I guess it's a part of friendship, getting each other through losses like that.
I've been on some family "funeral dinners" (no word for that in English? just a gathering after the funeral where you eat and chat), that were almost cheerful with all the stories, people share their good memories of the dead ideally. (And reconnect with distant family.)
Now, this doesn't make funerals good, but I guess with good company it can make them suck less.

Today I got up early but then I ended up not achieving much...

Thank you. Yeah, were at the same, the part of it that was "koselig". For sure, the bad things in life sucks less when you have good friends around you.

The English word for koselig is "puppyhugs."

The English word for the meal you have after a funeral service is "cryingwithfudgeinmymouth."

I had to look up the word for this and, while it still seems very culturally-specific, it's also a very familiar concept. When my dad died, that's how it felt when everyone finally arrived and we all sat together. That feeling was like an island of decency in that week.

Achieving things is deeply overrated.

Today I did a lot of work and it was terrible. I am conserving my after-work wine because the ice over the road is still keeping me from leaving the house, which is poorly timed with the busiest two weeks I've worked at my job so far.
