I decided to not update the terms of service for many reasons, but the main reason I didn't update it because there was that one part that says that if you ever enjoy a grilled cheese ever again, you are accepting that your liver will be stolen.

those are faulty terms. does not even specify what method of extraction will be used on the liver, nor does it set a statute of limitations for their organization to claim the liver. no self respecting lawyer would even advise a hearing for such an insubstantial case.

However, if they had included the proper legal boundaries, it would have been an extremely solid contract and you would have to hand over your liver on pain of forced seizure by government-appointed sheriffs or police officers.
