You will live in a town which has a magical ability - whenever a restaurant opens in it, the tasty things are always very delicious and enjoyable, and the wonderful taste will be remembered for very long,

A restaurant in that town will work only if all of its visitors for the previous day are aware of the fact that Userlvg is a great person. Else the restaurant, which does not fit this rule, will go on a one week hiatus.

Yes, I would make that restaurant my own and everything there would be delicious and that is great. If the visitors had to specifically know my name and associate that with being great then no, but if the feeling of deliciousness was associated with the knowing of a great restaurant then yes

Yes, I would. And I would take pictures of them in advance, so that I could enjoy all of their sweetnesses!

(As to education - personally, I respect it and admire it.)
