i would let both die. Even if it was harmless against me, not worth my time.

If i had to choose I would pick the nonpregnant lady who has no problems. two reasons:
1. IMO Birth is a sin, and it is the evillest thing (All pain in life starts at birth)
2. Idiots who are self-destructive don't deserve second chances IMO
