I hate to sound merciless and cruel, because I'm not, I am a nice person. But the population needs to be lowered. The usage of nuclear weapons to exterminate excess humans is completely unacceptable, although it is a very efficient way. It may play an important part in the future of the health of the Earth's environment.

And I know who they should start the extermination on.
