Although that may be a joke, I'm going to interject here... not inject.

No, there are 3 types (imo, the only one that matters *cough*) Family love, Girl/Boyfriend/Husband/Wife love, friend love. I don't think these need explanation but if so... someone else will do it.

Not really, if they ask you if you're new in the area and you say yes they take the long route to your destination and charge you extra.
