I don't control what he says, for Keja is a character, a puppet if you will, that belongs to Jake. Sunglassesman is also a puppet, but a different one altogether.
For example, Sunglassesman is a big fan of Smashing Pumpkins, whereas Keja feels nothing but meh about them.
Keja cares only for himself, whereas Sunglassesman has lived his whole life saving others from harm.
Sunglassesman drives a Corvette, but Keja would never purchase an American car.
