Mm... I recognize most those star systems.

I've actually already visited most of them, but the ones that did have ducks have already been subsumed into my empire of insanity...

If your guy is still out there (and I think he must be, because I would definitely have noticed a living duck which had been perfectly divided into two symmetrical halves before initiating Global Extinction Procedures), then I recommend checking out this part of the map:



Because, if I remember correctly a 13th circle archmage I am acquainted with was said to have passed by there 3 or 4 million years ago, and that guy definitely had a bad reputation for being obsessed with experimenting on waterfowl. You can trust these rumors, as they come from the
Space Gecko Trading Guild which is know for a sterling reputation (their adamantine reputation was revoked after a certain scandal, but honestly they didn't deserve it trust me)

Hope this lead can help you even a little. I know how hard it is to have half of a loved one split apart by cosmic forces and sent to the distant reaches of our universe. the first time it happened to me I went into a rampage and destroyed half the known universe (of course, it was the half that ran on the pre-patch laws of physics, so nobody even noticed it was gone after I was done. Just my luck. I'm still salty about that waste of a reincarnation)

Don't fret too much though, because even if you can't save them in this life, as long as you die upon this earth your soul will be under my divine authority. Normally this would mean you get sent into the Iron Mother which would grind you down into your essence to fuel chaos magic, but since you too are a true believer in ASDF I've prepared a special afterlife for you where you can learn the necessary time magic to revert the timeline to before you lost your duck in the first place.

Of course, that does not mean you can just give up and wait for death. After all, that is against the very tenets that give you access to this paradise.
