It took 45m to calculate the highest one of those... The result was a text file which is 36 766 kB big, and I would post the numbers here, but it makes Opera crash...

I have a limit of 60 gigabyte download...then the ISP charges CDN$2 for each gigabyte surpassing that limit up to CDN$25...
