Cx I've been wanting to leave Us for a while, and eventually I think I will. How livable would you say it is anywhere you know of. As in. I make about 600 extra usd a month, and housing here is about 450 - 800 for an apartment here... plus utilities. How does it work in a Socialist area? Assuming that you are all Socialist.

i don't think the political side of the current government has anything to do with the life standards of a country.. it depends on how they're doing their job (the politicians). Oh and of course the handicaps..

I wasn't talking politically, I was talking economically. Socialist, Capitalist, and Communist are the three MAJOR/BASIC forms of government that all countries can be put into, and then broken down into different varieties of such fruit. And I had high hopes for Italy, being majorly italian/german, and loving the italian food, land, cities, and language...

It's easier for an English-speaker to learn German rather then Italian... But that's only a minor difference...
I heard Italians are more family persons rather then workers, but I don't know...

they try, but it's impossible to get rid of them...same as almost every major city in the world. the only solution would be to kill them all and use their corpse to make spam.

We have an OCMW who gives money to the workless and provide social homes which are very cheap when your income is below something... And there are cheap-food shops for poor people and stuff... A lot of being done about it...
