it's a public school...but now they're building communities a little north of here and housing is cheaper there so people are moving there to have kids and stuff...

But what if one wants to be an artist, should that person go to another kind of school that teaches that kind of stuff?!...

there are special programs within certain schools...but they also serve as regular schools...but that's only for secondary education...post-secondary (ie university/college/whatnots) is different...

school systems always confuse me. Even our own..
plus, english translations of school types makes it even more complicated.
