They're both new... The one you're thinking of is just a new RPG... The other one is an MMO for PC and PS3.

No, XIII & Versus is single-player. XIV is an MMO...

XIII is for PS3 and 360
XIV is for PS3 and PC

Actually they have been only on the PS until now, with a couple of exeptions I believe...
