You get no achievements on halo 3 on the easy setting.

I got achievements of CoD5 veteran, until the game decided it should swap the levels I have done in veteran with the one I haven't, and now the game doesn't detect me beating veteran anymore...

Timeshift on the hardest difficulty...
Killzone 2 ditto...

Etc etc...

I play the gamse on the middle difficulty and then I'm to lazy to play them again.

I usually speed through the easiest difficulty first, because often you have to unlock the hardest difficulty by completing the game...
