I love gum. I didn't even know the new "5" gum was Wrigley's (it looks like a drug).

Everything is owned by Mars these days. And yeah, I was completely shattered when I found out that gum wasn't some drug.

Mars? The Roman god of war?
The Greek one is Ares. My friend worships Greek gods - I said "You should worship ASDF instead."

The only thing I disagree with is that hospitals aren't out to kill you. I have had really bad experience in hospitals but he rest of what you said is true! Even the part about the Christians! (no offense, Christianz)

I see where you're coming from but look at it logically, people don't spend 10-20 years of schooling to work in a big building to hurt people.

Either that's true or you've never seen a movie. At hospitals I've been tied down, literally, to something to get my head stitched up. And it's completely unnecessary to tie me down. Also, I've been in a little claustrophobic room at the hospital when, medically, there was nothing wrong with me and there was a hole in the wall labeled "OXYGEN" which freaked me out. They made me draw pictures and read Christopher Paolini's "Brisingr" that I never finished and have no intention of finishing at this time.

And hospitals smell like death.

May I say this respectfully, never use that first point as a serious argument again, please. After that I don't know enough of the situation to explain what probably was going on, and are you sure you were in a hospital. Every time I or anyone I know who has been to a hospital, many of them for serious reasons, it's been a better than normal experience. Perhaps you're just in a bad area. Point is, one situation (in this case a bad hospital) doesn't damn the many more good hospitals (that is to say there are many many more good than bad) to an evil classification.

I was in a hospital, I'm sure. It was creepy. The one where they tied me down I was only a harmless 1 year old. Sorry about my first point. I guess they're experienced, sure, but I'm not the typical patient, as you might imagine.

I suppose, I'm just trying to be sure that my point is clear. It's like 'we can't know something about everything, we can't know everything about something' not all hospitals are good and not all of every hospital is good. There is always a weak point in everything. There's just a lot more weak in many parts of America. I only care because I'm here.

I was thinking back a time again, why the hell isn't hemp legal? I mean, that it isn't allowed to be used for fun is already hard to understand, but that they made the medical, agricultural etc. uses illegal is just bullshit (sorry for the bad language). Hemp was praised until the 1900s (not quite sure about the date). Its use was spread widely, from paper over clothes to sails for ships! At one time, 80% of all the sails of ships were made from hemp-cloth! It could also be used as a substitute for oil / plastic in tons of ways! It's only a huge corporate conspiracy, because without hemp illegalization they would never had made their money with oil etc. Did you know that there has never been even one recorded death which could be related to cannabis? Nobody has ever died because of it! And NO, IT DOESN'T SUPPORT TERRORISM!
Also, the paper / rainforest problem could be solved quite easily if hemp were legal. It grows far faster than trees, and you could probably genetically engineer it to grow even faster! Did you know there was a time in the USA where a farmer HAD to grow hemp? If they refused they could be thrown into jail... There was also a planned campaign in the 1940s which was cancelled. They wanted to promote hemp to finance WW2. What do you think?

Drugs are bad, and please don't do drugs, but if they allow tobacco they might as well allow hemp. I bought rope made of hemp - shhhhhhhh!!!! Seriously! And if it hasn't killed anyone then they could compare that to smoking and then they'd be like "WHOOOOAAAAA!" and realize it's safer... I get your points, nice job. Give that to some important official.

I am in 100% support of legalization of Hemp (pot, hash, weed, marijuana) its safer than drinking and tobacco, less addictive, etc etc. Not to mention the other uses. I don't even smoke the stuff I just hate illogical crap! Why can we drink coffee (caffeine is a drug), soda, alcohol, and smoke, but not have hemp etc.

you don't exactly get high from coffee. And drinking+driving is already enough of a problem.
other than that, i don't really have anything against the legalization, except that doing any kind of drug is an insanely stupid thing and the more are banned the better it is.
:P
Worst part in legal mary j is that kids would be able to buy it from the corner shop, and they would, and probably a lot more of them would turn into junkies
(and hey im not calling anybody junkie just for smoking pot sometimes, but its a good start i guess).

I'm against, but i have to admit I wouldn't know what to do if i had the chance to change the law. I just simply dislike mind-altering substances, and i think most people should do quite well without them.
