I have crystal of that generation and soul silver, I'll never buy a red or gold or any shade inbetween except orange if it exists because those types colors are warm and bother me.

Yes. Gold was definitely ther best. The remakes were pretty good, but because of the new Pokemon, and the way it's been done, I don't think it compares to the original Gold.

Don't wapanese this up with your anime. We're talking games here. It's still being made because it's still popular. It makes money.

The pokemon anime is absolute crap. A cows behind can make better things. They re use plots with the tiniest alterations. I have only seen one thing worse, which is the original spider man series, where they re used entire episodes, cutting and pasting different objects and changing the cripts by the tiniest amounts.

I gotta admit I used to like Pokemon, back when the voice actors were passable, the plots were entertaining at best. I'm addicted to Soul Eater right now actually. And speaking of why did x have to end, I say this

S-cry-ED, Outlaw Star, Trigun, FLCL, and Code Geass

As for the games, I remember playing Diamond and saying great UI and all that then Soul Silver let you use touch pad for menus and I though WTF wasn't this used in the last game... Funny how things work.

I'm afraid It has been taken out again in gen 5. Even the auto run feature.

Dont remember auto run but touch for menu was so amazing...

Damn, the auto run was great.

So the bag menu is scroll down again instead of neatly laid out on pages.
Can still set multiple things to the x/y button (i forget which, i'm still used to it being select)
