So it invalidates their ability?

Yes. Brilliant for some pokemon, awful if slaking or regigigas hits you.

But the opponent wouldn't bring a Slaking to battle. Unless he knew you'd use the mummy, or if it's overused.

Well that's the thing. New generation, whole new strategies.

Lol, then the strategy would be not to use a strategy and kill their slaking without a mummy.

In double (or triple) battles, i can see them going in as a pair.

I see the possibilities.

Yeh, the triple battles kinda through things into a whole new game of their own. Btw, how many NPC triple battles do you get in the actual storyline?

Also, your third Pokemon you listed before, the blue one, I dunno if it's just me, but it bears similarities to Croagunk/Toxicroak. Is it an evo?

Well, in white version, there are quite a few triple battles dotted around the region, and also there is a random trainer every day you can battle in the city with the 8th gym. In black version instead they are replaced with rotation battles which i don't know anything about. I imagine it's like a tag team battle or something. White version has one rotation battle and black version has one triple battle, as far as I know. You cans still do both in multiplayer on either game though.

And no, the giant frog guy isn't related to croagunk. It's a new line similar to poliwag's. There are in fact no evolutions to previous pokemon, although some designs look like they were originally going to be.

Rotation battles sound kinda silly, and I can't really imagine how that'd work, but I'm sure it does. >.>

Ah kk. I reckon they shoulda made a couple of evolutions, I dunno why, but to me, Tauros has always been begging for an evo.

I GOT IT!
You sit on a spinning disk and have a Pokemon Battle while trying not to slide of the disc due to centrifugal force. And you can't hold on with your hands.

Tauros is very powerful already. Fairly high speed and very high attack with STAB from return. It's a force to be reckoned with.

I'm a little disappointed that there are no evo's from previous chars... I like those.

Yeah. I think the reason they didn't was because of all the complaints of gen 4 evolutions, as well as the fact they're pretty much starting over. The new region is supposedly in America and is based on/draws inspiration from New York, where you won't find any older pokemon until post Elite 4.

I still wish they added a couple, like an eeveelution. Or a tauros prevolution that ties it to milktank. That's what those two need.

About religion earlier this week and I've found three points of discussion to start with.

1. Do you believe there is a higher power? If so, in what form (please no disrespect to other's beliefs)

2. What is your opinion on "the afterlife"?

3.What is your opinion on atheists as a people? for example do you feel they are offensive? (I'm trying not to put words in your mouth)

I do not feel there. Is a higher power as such, just that the universe is one entity that has always existed, but is constantly changing, with births and deaths occuring frequently. It'ts kind
Of like how a Portuguese man of war is.

I don't think t here is an afterlife... I believe that when something dies it is replaced as a cell would be but not reincarnated, because if you cannot remember anything from a past life
then it's hard to prove you are the same person.

By giving Atheism a name, you almost making it a sect, with it having a set of beliefs and large number of "followers" who preach to others. If, instead of claiming to be atheist, you quietly denied the existance of a
God, you wouldn't be thought of as one of the things to so adamantly dislike ( for want of a better word).
This is the topic.

Yeah, the topic changes regularly.

Right now it's pokemon, and also why Gold is the best pokemon game.

Haven't played Gold, but I have played Soul Silver, and it's a pretty cool guy.
