That's not really a spin off. a spin off is a show that is loosely based on a previous show and usually contains some of the characters of the previous show.
Three examples are:
Fraiser, a spin off of Cheers
Joey, a spin off of friends
That 80s show, a spin off of That 70s show (I did not contain any of the original cast members)

I think it got cancelled rather quickly, and I don't think it's a spin-off in the traditional sense.
