So I need. help, urgently. Minecraft is going beta december 20th, and besides raising the price, Notch has said he'll charge for future updates in versions acquired before beta. The problem is that for now I can't get to transfer the money I've saved for it from the bank account to paypal, since my mom has only got debit cards and they don't come with the security code printed, yada yada. So could someone borrow me a gift code or something before the 20th? I'll pay you back as soon as I manage to get money into my paypal account...

I've got pretty much the same problem. Except I don't have a PayPal account.

Here's what I'm willing to do. I have one extra code for now besides the one for my buddy on Christmas. I'm willing to buy 2 more meaning 3 people can get the game from me before 20'th. I'm willing to take this unusual (for me) risk because it's a small one. I do expect money back or something else if money is absolutely not possible, pm me and we can work something out.

PM me if you ABSOLUTELY CANNOT buy this game before the 20th and we'll work something out.

The thing is, Notch doesn't mean he will charge for every update, he just means he can't legally say they'll all be free.

first, why, second I doubt every update will be free, and still any amount of pay for updates besides patches would suck and it's Christmas time so I'll hand out the one code while I have it, though I'm still willing to help anyone else who needs it.

Hmmm, I'm not sure if I wanna buy it or not. I don't really play it enough to be worth it, but if I do start really liking it, I don't wanna have to pay loads of money. And I got like another day to decide...
