you should probably make food.
I suggest peanut butter & pickle sandwiches - I've eaten quite a few in the past week; they're quite filling.

How much time do you have to cook? Do you need something quick and easy or can you use some time?

Haha, I'm no good cook though...
But I will suggest something like steak with béarnaise sauce, though it's usually meant for 4 people at least and is pretty simple...
Salmon is always awesome, especially with crème fraîche, if you can get a hold of it though, dunno what ingredients you have and don't have...
Lots of recipes online, I just have some suggestions to stir your imagination really..
EDIT: Also, please don't spam the help thread with your useless bs...

OF COURSE the Norwegian suggests salmon.

I bet it is spectacular there. Here, I haven't found a good fish market yet. The crème fraîche sounds good as well - I may have to try that. (Even though I've never head of it before I GOOGLED IT TO FIND OUT WHAT IT WAS - hint hint.)
And I haven't had steak with béarnaise in a long time, will have to put that on the menu for next time.
As lame as it sounds I ended up ordering chinese takeaway. I'm traveling next week for the holiday and don't have any food in the kitchen, and didn't want to let something rot in the icebox.
But thank you for the excellent suggestions Shai'tan. I will heed them sometime in the near future.

Chinese takeaway is actually surprisingly good. So is frozen pizza. And liquid carpet cleaner.
