I'm 15 in December, and he's doing things like disconnecting internet, not letting me go out with my friends, he never stops calling me a piece of shit.

He cannot harm you when you've called the police. Just do it from your mobile or a payphone quite far away from your house so he doesn't smack you up when he sees the police walking up to his door.
