Yes they are. They're all ugly though.
Don't worry Ml, everyone hates school and I'm sure most of us have had the intense urge to hang themselves on the ropey things on windows blinds.

I don't hate school. I live quite a big portion of my life at school. But I've never wanted to hang myself.
Just nuke myself.

that was an unfortunate state of mind, back in 6th grade. I had no friends, no status, nothing about me that was interesting. I got through it... Whatever Ml's going through, he can get through it.

Yeah well I like school too but I don't like sitting in History for 40 minutes while the girl beside me paints my hands with my highlighters.

I've got 'nother problem for you (yay)
Not really a problem, but still.
I want a new pc. But my father pretends to be a know how of everything and will never admit he was wrong. Our pc has a crappy Pentium Dual Core Inside processor, and I tells him 'buy a new pc' but he says 'No, I'm gonna expand its RAM memory'. It has a 3Gb RAM and expandable up to 4Gb. So yeah. I showed him Algodoo, a physics simulator, at full rate, and opened up the task manager's resources thingy tab. It said "CPU Usage 95~99%" and "RAM Usage 949MB"(out of 3GB) and he said that for most applications RAM is more important (aka he won't admit he was wrong). Then, I ran a demo I got from the NVidia website, it emulates a box with smoke to try out your graphics card, processor, etc. Guess what? CPU Usage 100% and RAM 855MB. The fps was under 0,25. He continued to refuse he was wrong.
Any arguments that might prove him wrong?

well...you've done everything I would have done...I guess the next step is to find some articles from tech sites (make sure they're reputable) that support your side. from what I've read, unless you're really low on RAM (e.g. less than 1GB) adding RAM won't do anything...there should be tons of stuff out there that supports your side.

Tell your dad I support your claim.
That should be more than enough.

Say to him gently, "I don't think your wrong. If you get me a new computer you'll still be right."
If that doesn't work, I'd recommend Sora's option.

Or you take my new, better idea.
You tell your dad your comp can't have enough ram to work, that you need a new comp so that you can put even more ram inside.
That way, you get a new comp, and your dad was (kinda) right!

I don't think there's much else you can do. Most men don't like being wrong and some will never admit they're wrong. I, like your dad, prefer being right and we'll never back down, no matter how wrong we are. It sucks, I know, but try talking to someone else and convince them, say a mom, grandparent or aunt/uncle. Another adult that may make your dad listen better.
On another note...

I dont get it. I order someone to explain. (this isnt off topic, it's my problem so we're allowed to discuss it!)

It might be a good idea to try a different approach.
Challenge him to a duel he can't refuse. If you win he buys a new computer if he wins you buy the ram.
