asdf forums

Anyone need help with anything or want to help others with things? Cause if you don't I'd like you to stay clear of this thread

My work recently set up a forum for us to discuss on, but they can't seem to figure out how to make it so that regulars can post. Right now every time me or anyone who is not an administrator tries to post, or create a new topic, it goes to a screen with the message"Sorry, but only administrators can reply to posts in this forum."

How do you remove that restriction?

What kind of forum is it? Phpbb? What version? Can only the admins post? Have you tried making a test user admin and see if it can post?

How can you tell what kinda forum it is? The layout is very similar to the forum here. If that helps. The admin can post.

You should be able to modify the restrictions in the Admin panel, though I can't remember exactly where you have to edit. I can check later when I get home...

Not going to school just makes things harder, especially for someone in the American school system. Stay in school at least until you're 17.

Ml, if you need to improve in school, do what needs to be done. I'm afraid I can't help you with organization, but I am avg. 2 years younger than people in my grade 7th grade and I have gotten all A's so far this year (but I think I will get a B+ in Science this grading period). If you specify what you are having trouble with, I may be able to make you a little less afraid of school. Now if this is about teachers, students, or getting suspended (not implying anything, just saying I wanted to get away from my school when I got suspended but I actually live the non-asdf half of my life there now) then I can help you a great deal. I know psychology. I can read you all like books. Literally, I know the human mind and I know it's quite predictable at times. Don't think I am saying everyone's simple and dumb. No, I have befriended so many humans and they are wonderful creatures. I don't think you really want to get away from school unless 1) you have no friends (which would suck, I know you must have friends though), 2) ya almost got kicked out (I doubt), or 3) you have bad grades which you have mentioned before. Or 4) you have nothing to lose because you are completely obsessed w/the idea of 2012 and don't care anymore. Please don't become a burger-flipper. You have much more potential than that Keep going Ml.
