CX Gamer is not the creator of the site.....thats philtom? yes???? CX Gamer is just the most active person on here and basically the head moderator...and the person to go to when you have questions when philtoms not on right?.....speaking of which where is that guy???

Yes, Philtom is the creator of this site and forum... CX is the most active member and a moderator, I guess he's the head moderator as he was the first one and is generally in touch with Philtom... Philtom doesn't post much but he visits every now and then to check his PM, mostly PM's from CX...
If you have questions I recommend the Welcoming Thread, sending a PM to me, CX or Atom or posting a thread if it's very important for everyone to know...

Pretty much right.
I highly recomend to contact CX instead of Philtom, even if his on.
Bcoz getting PM's from 13 ppl it's much more annoying that getting PM's from 1 person, who could BTW solve your problem without annoying the admin...

I mean no offense to philtom but I consider CX more admin than philtom ... except he doesn't officially own the site. He and atom actually, since atom did redo the image hosting system.

ALL HAIL PHILTOM CREATOR OF ASDF...............what that contradicts everything ive learned? i thought ASDF created all and is all....so philtom made ASDF but ASDF made philtom that means that?................my head hurts
