Oh how I wish I was free.

Do we ever get to be free? They say, in the tales of old, that they are free as the bird. I do not believe it will ever be so. Life traps you these days, it forces you to do things you else would have not done. We have made ourself dependant on things we did not need before. Money, it is a large factor in todays society. Why did we make money? It has been the cause of so much evil, so much wreckage in this world, would we be better without it? They say that life is hard, that some people can't face it. I would say that it is our fault. Every day on this planet there is a war going on somewhere. So it has been for ages, maybe sinse the evolution of man. Why one may ask. Because human minds are so that our views differ from one another? Is it maybe because of the natural insticts that we keep trying to erradicate? Whatever reason it is, this is the world that thousands of children get born in every day. Is it right? We force our children to take schoold and education, we think of it as a good thing, making children work hard day in day out. Is it right? Is it too much?

Education is important, there is no question of that, but it also encloses us, denying us the freedom of choice we else would have had. Everything starts to depend on how well we did in our school. You cannot choose what you want. Is this fair? Human society is a weird thing. But freedom, I guess, is something that we'll never have...
