*UPDATE*
Bobby's dad called me last night, and started talking to me about Bobby. (weird?) He went on saying that he doesn't hate me, and he apologized about what he said before. He explained the reasons why he didn't let Bobby see me, and he explained to me the reasons why Bobby and I shouldn't date. Well, I let all these things sink in, and at the end of the 1 hour and 30 minute conversation, he asked me if I had any questions. I had only one.
"Are me and Bobby allowed to date?"
There was a long pause, and his dad says, "After everything I told you, you still want to date him?"
"Yes."
"Why?"
I took a deep breath, and I told him the only reason I thought was right.
"Because I love him."
His dad began to dry on the phone, and he said, "What is so great about my son that you love him?" and I said, "Everything." His dad responds, "Wouldn't you rather date someone who doesn't have all these issues?"
"No, because they're not Bobby." And he stopped asking me questions, and he said he'd think about mine.
So, this morning, he calls me.
"Hello..Mr.Nicholls?"
"Yes, hello Michele. I thought about your question, and I have an answer."
"Okay, well, shoot."
"Right now, I personally think that Bobby isn't ready for a relationship right now. He's got too much to handle. This isn't a no, but it isnt a yes. For right now, I'm saying no. But give it a month, and see where he's at. If you truly love him, you'll wait."

How can Booby's dad decide wether he's ready for it or not?!... But I think we're heading into the right direction...

I think so too.
Bobby says that it should only take about a week, and then next saturday, he and I will go to Soak City.
