It's a fallacy to think that "natural" means "healthful"; after all, the deadly poison arsenic is completely natural.

So there I was, alone with naught by a knife, three sticks and a comb! I knew well that the enemy was still after me, and that the fierce foreign winds had made my hair a terrible mess, yet still I pushed on--desperate to complete my mission. Gunfire whizzed above my head, and the barking of their old soviet rifles told me well that they were closing in.
Bellowing an inhuman roar, I whipped the comb from my pocket and ran it through my hair--making sure that I looked hella good before continuing my fierce action scene.
"For Lieutenant Bob!" I yelled and tossed the first stick. Where once his mouth was used to shout the location of my now-dead men, it now only gave way to gurgles and shrills...caused by the very stick I pierced through his jugular.
"For Captain Jim!" I continued on, hurling my last two sticks at the second soldier. With the force of violently-tossed sticks, my sticks hit him in the chest, yet failed to cause a lethal blow. Laughingly, the soldier pushed forward--thinking his target doomed. Oblivious to my rambo-like maneuver, he felt only the sting of vengeance as my dagger rammed into his spine!
Filled with terror, the remaining enemy soldiers retreated into the brush, certain that the man they faced was some sort of demon. Although I had escaped with my life, I had lost two great men that day...and for that, in my heart, the battle will never end.
There's your story.
