oh, an internet cafe is where you pay money per hour and get to use computers. it seems pointless, but it's a cool dark area with nobody in my glass room, it's nice.

there is usually at least one in every major city. there is one about 5 minutes from my dorm, it's usually pretty busy. when i was younger, i would bring 15$ and have a 6 hour gaming session without parents to bug me, it was great.
