I started to build a house out of pennies the other night, though, and that was fun..until I realized that the flat surface I was using wasn't level with the floor.

Not entirely. The walls were all tilting and then the ceiling gave in. I could have fixed it but I wanted to start over and make a better foundation! But I didn't.
Ooh, card houses are fun. Yes, very frustrating though. They're easier to build when no one else is around.
