Not exactly, I actually just wrote a really long paper on this for biology. We have protiens that our DNA string around called "Histone protiens" that react to chemicals and hormones. Histones can coil up and make certain genes unreadable whenever they get tickled the right way, so your genetic code can actually be altered by your environment, to an extent.

Most of it happens pre-birth though so you're not going to grow testicles on your forehead by eating too many plums or something
