Kind of weird that following the French and Indian war Canada somehow became more French rather than less.

If I remember correctly laws were put into place to protect the French colonists' rights to be French and Catholic to appease them so they don't revolt.

i've taken history this year (grade 10 compulsory). We learned ww1, interwar, great depression, ww2, cold war

it's funny because i also learned communism in philosophy and of mice and men in english, all during the appropriate times. life is funny like that.

i learned about pre-confederate canada before, but i've forgotten. NEXT YEAR IM SO HAPPY I AM GOING TO TAKE PRE-16TH CENTURY HISTORY - ANCIENT CIVS. and i am super duper excited.

school is almost out, i think a week or two is left idk
