That quote always struck me as kind of lame. Like science is great in that we learn how to explain things, but the thought that it is indistinguishable from magic is unsettling. What about the magic in nature, or in common things. If you believe there's an explanation, then it is no longer magic. Then, we have things that appear to be magic that people set out to explain. That isn't so bad I guess, but some things are better off not knowing
