But "sexually" is an adverb describing the nature of the adjective "suggestive".
And the word "sexual" is an adjective which is not used to describe other adjectives.
So by saying "sexual suggestive" you are exhibiting poor grammatical skills seeing as how the phrase "sexual suggestive" is not grammatically correct...
