I find it fascinating that neither of them are well-known actors outside of the work they did recently reviving an early 80s film franchise, and let's be honest they kind of look the same. I think it points to a new Hollywood moneymaking formula: inject decades-old films with good-looking, white, middle-America blonde kids in a sequel that conceptually should not have been made but you can get away with making.

Star Wars 1-3 aren't anywhere near as good as 4-6 imo.

You youngins lack perspective. Your minds have been watered down by the action-intense CGI-infused studio crap that gets produced nowadays. When the first Star Wars came out, it was like Avatar on cocaine to those audiences. A lot of the effects you see in today's films are the "grandchildren" of the techniques they used in Star Wars. Combine that with a brilliant, memorable story and very relatable characters - they are phenomenal movies.
