Good story? Check out Blackest Night, Kingdom Come, "Entre las patas de los caballos", Emerald Down, Bungie's Marathon, Bioshock's Rapture, entire Bionicle story (they got one of the most evil characters I've read about), etc. Those are EPIC stories...

see, the Life Force drives us in the right direction, so no one is naturally bad; Hell is the force that pushes us forward and Heaven is the ultimate goal in a sense

I got it from Perelandra of the Space Trilogy which I have talked about too much already D:
as it's not my original idea i don't think i'm intriguing although I can understand and follow these ideas or delve deeper into them
