I still think it's amusing that when I was growing up we had legos to build things, but that was too "real" for this generation and so Minecraft was created.

On my main world i built a tower inside of this hillside. It looks less cavey than you would think.

How'd you do that? Did you like encase the lava in glass....?

Basically yeah, the lava is falling between an inner and an outer glass rectangle. The great thing is, I only fell on the lava once when building it!
Does anyone have ideas for what to do in the empty 2nd and 3rd floors? They're kind of empty...

Minecraft is an awful game. It's awful and terrible, and it's not even an original idea, nor is it better than the other version I've seen. Not only that, but it's graphics are horrible and terrible, which I've been informed it was on purpose to create some kind of 'feel' to it, but it's so bad it makes it generally hard to play. And the monsters are just rediculous. They couldn't come up with ONE original idea, could they? Instead, they just bring in zombies, coz there aren'y twenty million games with zombies in them.

Where did that opinion go?
