The Vikings hat has long blonde braided hair on the sides...maybe that is a hat that mocks the Vikings? Calling them girls? And then you put it on a Packers hat and you get a double-whammy.

there's nothing wrong with girls. and I've seen dudes with long blonde braided hair before.
