He's a member of the KND. Except Nigel didn't think so because he was a teenager, but Chad told him he was always helping him with his missions. Chad wanted to stop the treaty between teens and kids because the leader of the teens was planning to double-cross the kids, and he did, and number infinity didn't know about it, but sector V thought he was planning to stop the treaty with Chad and they were evil, but they weren't, and so on.

KND is a great show.
But yes, the titles are quite clever... and their vehicles like the MOSQUITO and SCAMPER if I abbreviated it right.
