Considering there are an infinite amount of questions and an infinite amount of answers, I think you are mistaken.
The limit will diverge.
I don't know what that means exactly.
But unless Question moves away from Answer.
And then they can live peacefully -- well, answer can live peacefully anyway.
Question will still have problems.

can we get an IP check on Question. It seems highly unlikely that the users Question and Awnser would register within such a short time span
