Draw something cool and ghetto... that's what I did once, on my hand, and then I started tattooing my hand all the time

But don't always do it on your skin because they say your liver can be damaged from ink poisoning. It's freakin sad because my tattoo was so epic. It said "ASDF 2010" on it and the 2010 was in a really awesoem shade of blue-green that took 15 minutes to blend. Art is a huge time-killer and if you're bored enough, you'll be grateful that you had something to do. I recommend moderately detailed things, and if there's absolutely nothing to do, draw the unevenness of your bedroom wall.

I want my geography teacher to die in a fire. How can I make this dream a reality?

Why do you want your teacher to die in a fire? The school year is almost over anyway (unless you have year round school)
Don't kill your teacher. And you'll get new teachers next year anyway.

Because she is evil. Not for me, it goes until the beginning of December. She has been in my school for 3 years. Why should I not kill her?

Because you'll get in trouble, and I don't want you to get in trouble

If your teacher really makes you feel like this, you should talk to the school principal and/or counselor...

I don't want to kill her, I just want her to die in a fire

To make your specific dream a reality, you'd have to do it...

I was hoping you'd instruct me on witchcraft of some sort actually.

Obviously, I'm useless because I don't know any witchcraft. And I feel bad about disappointing a poor little boy who wanted to kill his teacher.

I already said I don't want to kill her.. And if I went to you for witchcraft, it's because I'm also not familiar with it. Which according to your logic would make me useless. And I'm obviously not useless.

No; the person who is asked about witchcraft but doesn't know any is useless. And this:
