PP max will get you 16 PP for the attack. If you're powerful enough, that should beat 2 of the elite four and 4 of lances, with no other moves.

No worries, Tom. That's all part of growing up. You're not ASDF's little boy anymore. You're becoming a man.
As for Dr. Quat, resident psychologist - I have a number of stressors in my life now. Any suggestions for relieving and/or managing stress?

Stress is a common factor in peoples' lives. If you can identify the source of your stress, you can most likely eliminate it. For example: lots of work with a near deadline, what do you do? Make this work your first priority. I know how hard it is not to be frustrated - it's tempting to go off and do something you want, or just relax. You could arrange times when to do work and when to take small breaks in between to rest. Avoid temptations but get as much rest as you need and eat good breakfasts and all that stuff they say. If it's a person who puts a lot of pressure on you, and has a high enough position that they can do this, sort things out with them. It's okay if you don't want to talk to them (although that's the best choice) but maybe make a list of things they do that make you stressed out and give it to them. 'Cause it's not okay for a person to make you angry or depressed to breaking point. I know people who are like that and I know a lot of others who react that way to those people. Another thing is that you feel like you don't have enough time to do things. From experience (not at all my opinion though), doing the important stuff first is better: 1) you have the most energy to do it so you can do it faster, 2) you can do other stuff later, because it's not taking as much energy to do things you enjoy, and 3) they don't call it a deadline for nothing, they're deadly. Put aside time to do things you enjoy, it's by far the most important thing throughout the whole course of your lifetime. Personally, homework is a huge stress and I'm often tempted by a lot of things to stop doing it. You don't want to end up like me. I have an A- in Science.
If this didn't help at all, specify your sources of stress (if you're comfortable sharing them), otherwise I can't think of anything else to write.

Just do the things that stress you out the most and avoid anything that you don't find stressful. Eventually you will get used to being stressed out all the time and you will begin to like it.
