Great job! Yeah, we need new smiles. I wish the admins would give us some.

well these smiley's look like the board's smiley's, so they could be used with the real ones (never going to be implemented though, i know.)

and i might make more if i get any more ideas...

Well I'm sure phpBB would have loads other smiles. I know a very similar board which had lots more.

this should be in the Art? Section.

Could someone with powers move it or something?

It should be called Creativity instead of Art.
And we should divide the General into a Welcome topic, and then a topic about the forum, (like updates, suggestions and bugs).

Well I wouldn't say "they" as that would suggest other people, rather than we together as a whole, as it is the people of forums.asdf.com, not the people of authority, that rule the forum. By using "we", I am merely implying that the people of the forum are all united, the moderators and the regular users, and that we work together to create a perfect environment for users. The people of authority are also users to, who, as a user, are not indifferent than you or I. Their ability is just another way in which they are helping to make this forum funner and safer. Remember keja, by using "they" to refer to the people who can perform that action, you are suggesting "they" are a different entity than us and that the decisions we reflect on them can only counterpart what actions they have surpasses, if not, as we have done before them.

We don't actually need new smilies... There is also the fact that I'm unsure whether or not we actually can add smilies, we have tried earlier, but I think that in the end we could only add a pre-made smiley package ( :oneteeth: )...

But in the end it's up to one or two people to actually do the adding...

You can add similes. Even if there are no more packages, you can make your own one. I did it in my failed forum. And we do need smilies.
Innocent smile, -.- face, head bang, suspicious, better neutral, better laughing, better angry, :3 smilie, D: smilie, ninja smilie, sign smilies (off-topic, owned, wtf, etc.)

I know of the possibility of adding smilies, that's not the problem. I was more thinking of permission settings and such, which I don't think we have... Thus it means that Philtom himself has to add the smilies manually...
